Outline Full time diploma program that teaches the process of Wine making (Oenology). Additionally students will learn the science of Viticulture (Grape Growing), Sensory Profile of Wine, Analytical Techniques as well as the Business of wine marketing, to gain experience and understand the wine industry as whole.

Outline Students will work towards internationally recognized qualification developed to cope-up with needs of the world wide industries. Students can develop skills in wine making from various fruits, national and international wine marketing, vineyard management as well as communication skills.
